This Privacy Policy is operated by Hoopology Training and covers every form where we collect a mobile number, including the Skill Lab — Westchester waitlist at westchester.hoopologytraining.com, our program enrolment and contact forms, and camp registration.
When you join a waitlist, enrol, or contact us we collect the player's name and age, a parent/guardian name, mobile phone number and/or email address, and your program interest (Skill Lab, Personal Training, camp, or other programs). We use this only to manage your place in the program, contact you about enrollment, and share relevant program updates.
By submitting your mobile phone number on one of our forms, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Hoopology Training related to your waitlist or enrolment status, session scheduling and reminders, and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or enrollment.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Carrier fees and message/data rates may apply per your mobile plan.
We use the information you provide solely to run Hoopology Training programs — confirming your spot, reaching out with scheduling and enrollment details, sending session reminders, and answering questions you send us. We do not sell your information.

Joining a Hoopology Training waitlist reserves your place in line for enrollment consideration — it is not a guarantee of a spot in the program and does not require any payment. Pricing, schedule, and availability are subject to change until you formally enroll and confirm with a coach.
